The patent license shall not implement to any modification of the Contribution, and some other mixture which includes the Contribution. In case you or your Affiliates immediately or indirectly institute patent litigation (like a cross declare or counterclaim inside a litigation) or other patent enforcement actions towards any person or entity by al
